About Program Zero
Program Zero is the newest and most ambitious initiative from Careers Ninza, the flagship brand of Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It's an 18-month live programme with one aim: to train the engineers India needs to build its own technology.
Who we are
Teaching live since 2014.
Careers Ninza started in 2014 in Kolkata, West Bengal. Since then we've trained more than 125,000 students through live, mentor-led programmes, taught by a network of 100+ industry mentors who also do the work they teach.
We've never offered a recorded-only tier. Every Careers Ninza programme is built around live classes, because a mentor who can see where you're stuck teaches differently from a video that can't.

Why Program Zero exists
India can't own its data if it doesn't build its own platforms.
Most of the search engines, social networks, messaging apps, cloud platforms and AI models Indians use every day are owned and run outside India. Data has become one of the main things that decides a country's economic and strategic strength, and right now much of India's flows through systems it doesn't control.
Ninza Career Solutions has set a long-term goal: to build Indian alternatives across these categories, including search, large language models, social and messaging apps, cloud, office and productivity tools, payments, databases, browsers and operating systems.
None of that is possible without a large number of engineers who understand how these systems work, from the database to the transformer. Program Zero is where that starts. It's open to anyone living in India, whatever their background, and it takes them from zero to building LLMs and full-stack apps in 18 months.
The 18 months of Zero are training. Building the platforms themselves starts at level One: members who pass all six quarterly tests move up and start working on the products we're building for India, and their names appear on the projects they work on.
