Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Program Zero, including the website at zero.careersninza.com, the member dashboard, the member app and the live classes. Program Zero is run by Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying the membership fee, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. Who can join

• You must live in India and be at least 15 years old.
• You must give accurate details and keep them up to date. One account per person.

2. Your membership

• The membership fee is ₹5,999 (inclusive of all taxes) and covers the 18-month Zero level of the batch you join.
• Your membership is personal. Don't share your login, class links, recordings or materials with anyone else.
• We may change class timings, mentors, tools or the order of topics when that's needed to run the programme well. We'll tell members about significant changes in advance.
• You move on from Zero level by passing six cumulative quarterly tests (a failed test can be retaken one week later) and submitting the quarterly projects. Certificates are awarded on merit, not attendance.
• We don't guarantee a job, salary or placement. Level One gives you visibility to employers we invite; hiring decisions are theirs.

3. Fees and refunds

Payment is taken through Razorpay. The fee is non-refundable once paid, except in the limited cases in our Refund Policy.

4. Your account

• Keep your password secret. You're responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.
• Our support team can reset your password if you're locked out. We always email you when this happens.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• record, copy, resell or publish classes, recordings, notes, tests or other course materials;
• cheat in tests, submit someone else's work as your own, or help others to do so;
• harass, abuse or discriminate against mentors, staff or other members;
• upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or content containing malware;
• try to access other people's accounts or our systems without permission, or disrupt the service.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. The fee isn't refunded in that case.

6. Intellectual property

• Course content, including recordings, notes, slides, assignments, tests, the curriculum, and the Careers Ninza and Program Zero names and logos, belongs to Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning while your membership is active.
• Projects you build are yours. By adding them to your profile, you allow us to display them on it.
• Work you contribute at level One to projects run by Ninza Career Solutions is covered by the contributor terms for that project, which we'll give you before you start contributing.

7. Your profile

Your profile is private at level Zero and becomes public at level One, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you put on it. It must be accurate and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Availability

We work to keep classes and the platform running, but we can't guarantee they'll never be interrupted. If a live class is disrupted, we'll share the recording or run a backup session, usually in the Sunday slot.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost earnings or opportunities, arising from your use of Program Zero. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the membership fee you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and email members about significant changes. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
